研究目的：

本研究旨在观察双手托下颌法在无痛胃镜检查中的疗效、安全性、潜在不良事件及患者、医生及麻醉师的满意度等，从而进一步评价双手托下颌法在无痛胃镜检查中的优势及未来的推广前景。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aimed to observe efficacy, safety, potential adverse events and satisfaction of jaw lift method for patients with painless gastroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄18-70岁；②体重指数18-35 kg/m2；③美国麻醉医师学会分类I-II (ASA)、Mallampati分类I-II的拟行无痛胃镜检查的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who age 18–70 years; 2.Body mass index of 18–35 kg/m2; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists classification I–II (ASA), Mallampati classification I–II were eligible for this study.

排除标准：

①严重肝炎和肾衰竭;②精神疾病;③对环丙酚或异丙酚过敏;④支气管哮喘或阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征;⑤严重的心肺疾病;⑥妊娠、哺乳期;⑦血流动力学不稳定;⑧无法给予知情同意的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe hepatitis and renal failure; 2.Mental illness; 3.Allergy to ciprofol or propofol; 4.Bronchial asthma or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 5.Serious cardiopulmonary disease; 6.Pregnancy or lactation; 7.Hemodynamic instability; 8.Unable to give informed consent.

采用随机数字表法，按1:1的比例将患者随机分为双手托下颌组和对照组。密封的信封里装着计算机生成的随机代码，由一名没有参与试验的护士准备和保存，在试验前半小时将信封按顺序交给麻醉师。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients were randomized into the Jaw Lift group and control group using a random number table at a ratio of 1:1. The sealed envelopes containing computer-generated random codes were prepared and kept by a nurse who was not involved in the trial handed the anesthesiologist the envelope in sequence half an hour before the trial.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表由麻醉师亲自填写，当场回收，每份记录表完成后进行全面检查，如有遗漏问题及时填补，所有数据经由双人核对无误后录入excel，形成数据库，如有疑问，及时查找原始资料进行更正以保证数据输入的正确性。电子采集和管理系统 ：已在Clinical Trial Management Public Platform平台上传共享IPD数据，网址如下：http://www.medresman.org.cn/uc/sindex.aspx。

The case record forms were filled in by the anesthesiologist .After the completion of each form, a comprehensive check will be conducted, and any missing problems will be filled in time.
