评估68Ga-FAPI PET/CT在皮肌炎临床诊治中的应用  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT in the clinical diagnosis and management of dermatomyositis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合Bohan-Peter的皮肌炎分类标准或Sontheimer临床无肌病性皮肌炎的诊断标准； 2.年龄>=18周岁，性别、籍贯、民族不限； 3.参加者或监护人充分了解试验内容，遵守并配合研究程序，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. DM was diagnosed based on the criteria of Bohan and Peter12 and CADM diagnosis followed the modified Sontheimer definition; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Participants or guardians are fully aware of the trial and are willing to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女和儿童（小于18岁）； 2.对显像剂过敏的患者； 3.患有精神疾病或幽闭恐惧症的患者； 4.受试者不愿意或不能完成本研究，或研究者认为不适宜参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women and children (less than 18 years of age); 2. Patients who are allergic to the contrast agent; 3. Patients with psychiatric disorders or claustrophobia; 4. Subjects who are unwilling or unable to complete the study or who are, in the opinion of the investigator, unsuitable for participation in this study.

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

1、皮肤病变：视诊可见皮肌炎典型皮疹（如Gottron征）、皮肤活检 2、肌肉病变：临床症状（肌无力）、肌酶升高、肌电图示肌源性损害、肌肉MRI示T2高信号或肌肉水肿、肌力评估示肌力下降、肌肉活检 3、合并肺部病变：肺HRCT、肺功能检查 4、合并恶性肿瘤：活检

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

1.Skin lesions: typical rash of dermatomyositis (e.g. Gottron's sign), skin biopsy. 2.Muscle lesions: clinical symptoms (muscle weakness), muscle enzyme elevation, electromyography shows myogenic damage, muscle MRI shows T2 high signal or muscle edema, muscle strength assessment shows muscle strength decline, muscle biopsy. 3.Combined with lung lesions: lung HRCT, pulmonary function tests 4.Combined with malignant tumor: biopsy.
