研究目的：

本文章是一个临床个案报道。幼女异常阴道流血在临床上属于少见疾病，一篇关于6岁幼女异常阴道流血的报道。分析该病例的临床表现，检查结果及手术所见，并随访其生活质量结局。根据该病例的分析情况总结相应的临床结论。  

Objectives of Study：

Vaginal bleeding in the prepubertal girl is an uncommon condition with complex etiological factors. We report a case of a 6-year-old girl brought to hospital when vaginal bleeding was noticed after defecation. This case report and review of literature has shed new light on the etiology of prepubertal bleeding, which details challenging clinical characteristics of use to gynecologists in the evaluation of related conditions and formulation of appropriate treatment regimens.
