研究目的：

研究心脏再同步治疗术后以各种优化策略（以不同顺序优化房室同步、左室内同步和心室间同步），产生的急性心室电同步、电机械延迟和左室血流动力学的改善是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine whether there were differences in the improvement of acute ventricular electrical synchrony, electromechanical delay, and left ventricular hemodynamics achieved with various optimization strategies (optimized in different orders for atrial, ventricular, and interventricular synchronization) following CRT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18 岁，慢性心力衰竭，经过指南指导的药物治疗，NYHA II-IV 级， 窦性心率，QRS 时限≥130ms， LVEF≤35%。

Inclusion criteria

The subject must be at least 18 years old, have chronic heart failure, be on guideline-directed medication, be classified as NYHA II-IV, have a sinus rhythm, a QRS duration of at least 130ms, and an LVEF of less than or equal to 35%.

排除标准：

(1)II 度、高度、III 度房室传导阻滞(2)三个月内发 生过急性冠脉综合征(3)目前处于妊娠期或哺乳期(4)合并其他 疾病预期生存期≤1 年(5)已参与可能影响本研究结果的其他临 床研究(6)目前有 CIED 并发症(如伤口感染、血肿、电极断裂）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Second-degree, third-degree, complete atrioventricular block (2) ACS occurred within the past three months (3) currently pregnant or breastfeeding (4) expected survival with other diseases ≤1 year (5) currently participating in other clinical studies that may affect the results of this study (6) currently experiencing complications from CIED (such as wound infection, hematoma, electrode breakage)
