研究目的：

采用颈脊髓损伤后患者的主动咳嗽痰排痰能力分级来研究颈脊髓损伤后患者主动咳嗽排痰能力分级在气管切开时机中的预判价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The active cough sputum excretory capacity grading (ACSG) after cervical spinal cord injury (CSCI) was used to investigate the prognostic value of ACSG in the timing of tracheotomy in patients with CSCI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)有明确的颈椎外伤史；(2)符合 SCI 的临床症状、查体及辅助检查结果；(3)创伤后72小时内入院；(4)病历资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

(1) A clear history of cervical spine injury; (2) Clinical symptoms, physical examination findings, and auxiliary examination results that meet the criteria for spinal cord injury (SCI); (3) Admitted within 72 hours after trauma; (4) Complete medical records;

排除标准：

(1)非创伤性颈脊髓损伤患者；(2)重型颅脑损伤合并颈脊髓损伤；(3)入院前已行气管切开；(4)入院后24h小时内死亡或家属放弃治疗；(5)患者病历资料不完整；(6)神智异常无法配合完成检测的患者；(7)颌面部损伤无法配合完成检测的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with non-traumatic cervical spinal cord injury; (2) Severe cranial traumatic injury combined with cervical spinal cord injury; (3) Tracheostomy performed before admission; (4) Death within 24 hours of admission or family members opting out of treatment; (5) Incomplete medical records of the patient; (6) Patients with altered mental status unable to cooperate for testing; (7) Patients with maxillofacial injuries unable to cooperate for testing.
