研究目的:

本项目的目的在于通过对人工智能辅助股骨头坏死分期系统研发,开发具有提升股骨头坏死分期的算法和系统,辅助临床医生提升临床的诊断效率和准确率。利用人工智能新技术赋能X线股骨头坏死分期检查,提升X线设备在股骨头坏死分期诊断方面的准确率,充分发挥设备成本低廉、易于在基层或社区医院推广的优势,使X线设备兼具良好的性价比和诊断精度。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this project is to develop algorithms and systems that can improve the staging of femoral head necrosis through the research and development of an artificial intelligence-assisted femoral head necrosis staging system, thus assisting clinicians in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of clinical diagnosis. This involves utilizing new artificial intelligence technology to empower X-ray examination in femoral head necrosis staging, thereby enhancing the accuracy of X-ray equipment in diagnosing femoral head necrosis staging. By doing so, we can fully utilize the advantages of X-ray equipment, including its low cost and ease of promotion in grassroots or community hospitals. This will enable X-ray equipment to possess both good cost-effectiveness and diagnostic accuracy.

纳入标准:

1.诊断描述中带有“股骨头坏死”、“股骨头正常”的X线影像。 2.单侧股骨正位、骨盆正位、全下肢正位检查的X线影像。

Inclusion criteria

1.X-ray images with diagnostic descriptions such as "osteonecrosis of the femoral head" and "normal femoral head."; 2. X-ray images of unilateral anteroposterior femoral alignment, pelvic anteroposterior alignment, and total lower limb orthoposterior examination.

排除标准:

1.不可见股骨头的X线图像;
2.非正位图像;
3.术后图像、有金属植入物的影像、异物遮挡图像、分辨率较差图像。

Exclusion criteria:

1.X-ray images where the femoral head is not visible.
2.Non-anteroposterior view.
3.Post-operative images, images with metal implants, images with foreign object occlusions, and images with poor resolution.
