研究目的：

构建胃癌瘤周组织影像组学与肌减少症特征对接受根治性切除手术的进展期胃癌患者的预后模型，以期对胃癌局部晚期及不良预后患者进行评估，并根据评估结果制定个体化治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a prognostic model for patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing radical resection based on the imaging features of gastric cancer peritumoral tissue and sarcopenia, in order to evaluate patients with locally advanced gastric cancer and poor prognosis, and formulate individualized treatment plan according to the evaluation results.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1) 年龄在 18-85 岁； 2) 石蜡病理及免疫组织化学结果确诊为胃腺癌； 3) 在我院接受胃癌根治性切除术； 4) 术前1月内在我院行腹部CT扫描。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged from 18-85 years old; 2) Confirmed as gastric adenocarcinoma by paraffin pathology and immunohistochemistry; 3) Radical gastrectomy was performed in our hospital; 4) Abdominal CT scan was performed in our hospital one month before operation.

排除标准：

1)手术前已发生远处转移或合并其他原发肿瘤； 2)仅行姑息性手术切除，如胃肠造瘘、营养管置入、短路手术等； 3)既往接受胃切除手术患者； 4)术前接受新辅助放化疗患者； 5)数据质量不合格，如造影剂、胃管干扰等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Distant metastasis or other primary tumors occurred before operation; 2) Only palliative surgical resection was performed, such as gastroenterostomy, nutrient tube placement, short circuit surgery, etc; 3) Patients with previous gastrectomy; 4) Patients who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy before operation; 5) The data quality is unqualified, such as contrast agent, gastric tube interference, etc.

Index test:

The combined prognostic model will be constructed by combining the CT omics characteristics of intratumoral and peritumoral gastric cancer with the clinical data of gastric cancer. The area under the Receiver operating characteristic curve, calibration curve and Decision Curve Analysis will be measured and analyzed.
