研究目的：

主要目的是探讨不同麻醉深度对术前高度焦虑水平患儿术后恢复质量的影响；次要目的是探讨不同麻醉深度对术前高度焦虑水平患儿术中血流动力学水平，复苏时间以及苏醒后不良事件发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective was to investigate the effects of different depths of anesthesia on the quality of postoperative recovery in children with high preoperative anxiety levels; the secondary objective was to investigate the effects of different depths of anesthesia on intraoperative hemodynamic levels, resuscitation time, and the incidence of adverse events after awakening in children with high preoperative anxiety levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄3～12岁，ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级，拟行择期扁桃体伴或不伴腺样体切除手术，m-YPAS评分≥30分且在术前等待区表现出高度临床焦虑阳性体征如哭泣/呜咽、害怕/悲伤的面部表情、警惕/恐慌等。

Inclusion criteria

Age 3-12 years, ASA I-II, proposed elective tonsillectomy with or without adenoidectomy, m-YPAS score ≥ 30 and demonstrated positive signs of high clinical anxiety such as crying/whimpering, fearful/sad facial expression, and alertness/panic in the preoperative waiting area.

排除标准：

术前使用镇静药物，近2周呼吸道感染史，患有精神疾患、发育迟缓或其他先天疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative use of sedative medications, history of respiratory infections in the last 2 weeks and presence of psychiatric disorders, developmental delays or other congenital diseases.
