研究目的：

通过对大样本胎儿肾积水病例的回顾性分析，根据不同孕期产前超声资料，建立不同孕期的区分生理性肾积水与病理性肾积水的评价模型，在此基础上建立针对胎儿肾积水的诊治标准化流程。  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospective analysis on antenatal hydronephrosis cases, we hope to establish a prognosis model to distinguish physiologic hydronephrosis and pathologic hydronephrosis

纳入标准：

产前检查B超提示肾盂分离大于4mm

Inclusion criteria

Ultrasound in prenatal examination indicated greater than 4mm renal pelvis separation

排除标准：

输尿管扩张，肾发育不良，多囊肾

Exclusion criteria：

ureterectasis, renal dysplasia,polycystic kidney
