研究目的：

本研究将前瞻性地在单中心参与研究的患者中，挖掘与糖尿病患者术后感染性伤口相关的多组学分子标志物和病原菌构成，为后续指导治疗等提供依据。 （1）探究糖尿病患者术后感染性伤口相关的基因组、表观组（甲基化）和转录组的特点。 （2）探究糖尿病患者术后感染性伤口相关的微生物组构成。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will prospectively tap into the multi-omics molecular markers and pathogen composition associated with postoperative infectious wounds in diabetic patients in a single-centre participant study to provide a basis for subsequent guidance of treatment and so on. (1) To explore the genomic, epigenomic (methylation) and transcriptomic features associated with postoperative infectious wounds in diabetic patients. (2) To explore the composition of the microbiome associated with postoperative infectious wounds in diabetic patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院普外分中心行手术治疗的患者；
2.患者年龄≥18岁；
3.糖尿病；
4.依据2016年WHO发布的手术部位感染全球指南，术后确诊切口感染；
5.患者或家属签订书面知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who underwent surgical treatment at the General Surgery Sub-centre of Beijing Friendship Hospital of Capital Medical University (BFHCMU); 2.Patient age >= 18 years; 3.Diabetes; 4.According to the global guidelines for surgical site infections issued by WHO in 2016, postoperative diagnosis of incisional infection; 5.Written informed consent signed by patient or family;

排除标准：

1.急诊手术；
2.术前营养不良；
3.接受过化疗、放疗、靶向或免疫治疗等术前治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Emergency operation; 2.Preoperative malnutrition; 3.Received pre-operative treatment such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted or immunotherapy;
