研究目的：

通过集成柔性压力传感、温度传感与信号处理-反馈系统，评估穿戴支具的AIS患者不同姿态和活动中重点矫形部位的应力负载水平。患者的动态压力、温度和呼吸信号为实现支具治疗过程中的皮肤压力损伤预警提供了一种可行的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

By integrating a flexible pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, and a signal processing-feedback system, the stress load level of bone protrusion areas in different postures and activities of AIS patients wearing braces can be evaluated. Dynamic pressure, temperature, and respiration signals of patients provide a feasible approach to achieving pressure injury prevention during brace treatment.

纳入标准：

1. 受试者自愿加入研究并签署知情同意书； 2. 符合青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的诊断标准，Cobb角在25~45°范围内 3. 需要进行支具治疗的C弯患者； 4. 年龄10-16岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and have a Cobb angle between 25 and 45° 3. C-curve patients who need brace treatment; 4. The age between 10-16 years old.

排除标准：

1．不能按照要求，不能配合完成试验者； 2．曾在腹腔 、骨盆、骨盆带和/或脊柱内接受过任何外科手术； 3. 存在其他隐匿病情不能基础运动，如快走、跑步和跳跃等； 4．合并各系统其他严重疾病，合并精神疾病，或其他疾病无法配合检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who cannot follow the requirements and cannot cooperate to complete the test; 2. Patients who have undergone any surgical operation in the abdomen, pelvis, pelvic girdle and/or spine; 3. The patient has other hidden diseases that prevent him or her from doing basic exercises, such as brisk walking, running, and jumping. 4. Those who have other serious diseases of various systems, mental illness, or other diseases and cannot cooperate with the examination.
