研究目的：

收集于本中心行IVF助孕的不孕症患者，采集患者IVF助孕过程中废弃的卵泡液进行细胞因子检测，选择合适的细胞因子并与患者的临床结局进行关联性分析，以探索可能用于IVF临床结局预测的细胞因子，为不孕症患者的临床结局预测提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to collect follicular fluid from infertility patients who have undergone in vitro fertilization (IVF) at our center. Additionally, we aim to collect the follicular fluid discarded during IVF for cytokine testing and to select the appropriate cytokines for analysis. The goal of this analysis is to identify potential correlations between the selected cytokines and the clinical outcomes of the patients. This, in turn, may lead to the discovery of cytokines that could be used for the prediction of the clinical outcomes of IVF. Furthermore, this study may provide a new insight into the prediction of the clinical outcomes of infertility patients.

(1) 于本中心进行IVF助孕的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients undergoing IVF at our center

排除标准：

(1) 临床结果缺失或异常; (2) 重要信息缺失; (3) 失访患者; (4) 拒绝参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) missing or abnormal clinical findings; (2) Missing vital information; (3) Missing patients; (4) Refusal to participate in the study.
