研究目的：

本研究设计针对择期手术需禁食禁饮的病人，通过比较抑郁障碍和非抑郁障碍患者常规禁食禁饮后是否饱胃，观察术后并发症的发生情况，初步探讨常规禁食禁饮后抑郁症患者误吸的真正风险，以降低抑郁障碍患者围术期胃内容物反流误吸风险，为相关临床管理策略的制定提供一定的参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is designed for patients with elective surgery, by comparing the stomach after regular fasting with depression and non-depression patients, observe the occurrence of postoperative complications, and preliminarily explore the real risk of regular fasting patients with depression, in order to reduce the risk of perioperative gastric content reflux in patients with depressive disorder, to provide some reference for the development of relevant clinical management strategies.

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁、ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ级行择期手术患者

Inclusion criteria

Age 18 years, ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲgrade patients underwent elective surgery

排除标准：

糖尿病、慢性肾病、妊娠、胃食管反流病、帕金森、甲状腺功能减退、多发性硬化症、上腹部手术史以及不愿参与本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, pregnancy, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Parkinson, hypothyroidism, multiple sclerosis, history of upper abdominal surgery, and patients who were reluctant to participate in this study

Then the gastric volume (gastricvolum, GV) was calculated according to the Perlas formula [16], i. e. GV (ml) = 27.0+14.6 right-lat CSA 1.28 age. Intragastric fluid volume of 1.5 ml/kg was defined as a full stomach.
