报道全球首例患有镜面右心位合并急性A型主动脉夹层接受了升主动脉置换+主动脉弓置换+降主动脉支架置入术的患者。  

Objectives of Study：

We report the first patient in the world who underwent ascending aorta replacement + aortic arch replacement + descending aorta stent implantation with mirror-image dextrocardia combined with acute type A aortic dissection.

纳入标准：

1.镜面右心位；
2.合并急性 A 型主动脉夹层；
3.接受了升主动脉置换+主 动脉弓置换+降主动脉支架置入术；
4.患者理解并签署知情同意参与本临床研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Mirror-image dextrocardia;
2.Acute type A aortic dissection;
3.Underwent ascending aorta replacement+TAR+FET technique operation;
4.The patient understands and signs informed consent to participate in this clinical study;
