Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the effect and mechanism of KYNA (Kynurequinolinic acid) on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄在18岁到75岁之间; 2.因肝衰竭行移植手术的病人; 3.既往无肿瘤治疗史的病人;

Inclusion criteria

1.Between the ages of 18 and 75; 2.Patients undergoing transplant surgery due to liver failure; 3.Patients with no previous history of tumor treatment.

排除标准:

1.因恶性肿瘤需要行移植手术的病人; 2.供肝发生重度脂肪变的;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients who need transplant surgery due to malignant tumors; 2.The donor liver has severe fatty degeneration.
