（1）探究肠造口患者发生并发症的影响因素 （2）构建基于虚拟仿真平台的肠造口患者的管理模式并进行实证干预

纳入标准：

纳入标准：首次经肠镜检查、病理证实诊断为结直肠癌,手术方式为预防性末端回肠造口术、结肠永久性造口术、结肠临时性造口术患者，年龄18岁<年龄≤90岁，无其他脏器合并症、意识清醒的患者；问卷数据完整性＞70%。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer by pathology confirmed and by colonoscopy for the first time and operated by preventive terminal ileostomy, permanent colostomy, and temporary colostomy, 18 years < aged <=90 years, with no other organ complications and conscious patients; The integrity of questionnaire data is greater than 70%.

排除标准：

排除标准：①合并其他系统严重疾病的（如心肌梗塞、脑血管梗塞、中风、偏瘫、肾脏功能衰竭、呼吸功能衰竭、糖尿病等疾病的患者，②有严重残疾、精神、沟通障碍的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe co-existing systemic diseases (such as myocardial infarction, cerebral vascular infarction, stroke, hemiplegia, renal failure, respiratory failure, diabetes, etc.), Patients with severe disabilities, communication, or cognitive impairments.
