Objectives of Study:

A non-invasive multi-delay ASL technique is used to explore the perfusion distribution during the development of AD

纳入标准:

1.年龄55-79岁; 2.右利手; 3.受教育程度初中以上; 4.简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分>24

Inclusion criteria

1.age range between 55-79; 2.right hand; 3.Education: Junior high school or above; 4.Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) score > 24

排除标准:

1.其他痴呆相关的神级系统疾病或2年内患抑郁症,神经发育异常,躁狂,抑郁,神经分裂症等; 2.中枢神级系统疾病,包括脑外伤、颅内出血、急性脑梗等; 3.严重鼻窦炎,鼻腔及鼻窦息肉,颅底先天性疾病和外伤史; 4.合并心、肝、肾脏等器官功能严重损害; 5.MRI检查禁忌症,如体内植入金属假体、幽闭恐惧症、佩戴胰岛素泵

Exclusion criteria:

1.Other dementia-related neurodegenertaive diseases or depression, neuro-developmental abnormalities, mania, depression, neurophrenia, etc. within the 2 years; 2.Central nervous system diseases, including traumatic brain injury, intracranial hemorrhage, acute cerebral infarction, etc; 3.History of severe sinusitis, nasal cavity and sinus polyps, congenital diseases of the skull base and trauma; 4.Combined with serious damage to the function of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; 5.Contraindications to MRI examination, such as implantation of metal prostheses in the body, claustrophobia, wearing of an insulin pump
