研究目的：

本研究以五禽戏之鸟戏能否改善晚期非小细胞肺癌患者癌因性疲乏及免疫功能为切入点，以Piper量表评分、淋巴细胞计数、卡氏(KPS)评分为结局指标，探寻五禽戏之鸟戏的具体效应，发挥传统中医功法优势，干预方法、评价指标、治疗理念创新。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, whether Bird Play of wuqinxi can improve cancer-caused fatigue and immune function in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients was taken as the entry point, and Piper's scale score, lymphocyte count, and Kahn's (KPS) score were taken as the ending indexes, so as to explore the specific effects of Bird Play of Five Animal Play, and to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine gongfu, and to innovate in the method of intervention, evaluation indexes, and therapeutic concepts.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理检查为晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者； （2）年龄18~75周岁； （3）无运动禁忌，能耐受五禽戏之鸟戏锻炼； （4）意识清楚，无精神、神经疾病病史，阅读能力及语言表达能力尚可，沟通无障碍者； （5）自愿参加本试验，愿意留取血标本，愿意接受随访，并签署本试验的知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer on pathologic examination; (2) Aged 18~75 years old; (3) No contraindications to exercise, and can tolerate the bird play exercise of the Five Animal Play; (4) Be conscious, have no history of psychiatric or neurological diseases, and have fair reading ability and language expression ability, and no communication barriers; (5) Voluntarily participate in this trial, willing to retain blood specimens, willing to accept follow-up, and sign the informed consent form for this trial.

排除标准：

（1）病情危重，生存期≤3个月； （2）伴有晚期非小细胞肺癌以外的其他严重躯体性疾病者； （3）体质虚弱或肢体躯体功能障碍无法进行功法锻炼者； （4）既往有精神病史或严重认知功能障碍史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Critically ill with a survival period of ≤3 months; (2) Those with serious somatic diseases other than advanced non-small cell lung cancer; (3) Those who are physically weak or have limb-somatic dysfunction that prevents them from performing gongfu exercises; (4) Previous history of mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction.
