研究目的:

1.探索双重任务训练联合经颅电刺激对脑卒中受试者认知功能的影响。 2. 探索双重任务训练联合对脑卒中受试者身体功能和日常生活活动的影响。 3. 应用功能近红外光谱成像和脑电图探索在脑卒中受试者中使用双重任务训练联合经颅电刺激,脑网络连接和大脑皮层活动的变化。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the effects of dual-task training combined with transcranial electrical stimulation on cognitive function of stroke subjects. 2. To explore the effects of dual task training combination on physical function and daily living activities of stroke subjects. 3. Functional near-infrared spectral imaging and electroencephalography were applied to explore changes in brain network connectivity and cortical activity using dual-task training combined with transcranial electrical stimulation in stroke subjects.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.伴有单侧病变的脑卒中幸存者; 2.年龄在45岁至75岁之间; 3.发病时间在7天-6个月; 4.能够用手杖独立行走10米以上; 5.能执行简单指令; 6.MoCA得分7-26

Inclusion criteria

1.Stroke survivors with unilateral lesions; 2.Aged between 45 and 75; 3.Onset time is 7 days to 6 months; 4.Able to walk more than 10 meters independently with a cane; 5.Able to execute simple instructions; 6.MoCA scored 7-26

排除标准:

1.除卒中以外的神经系统疾病; 2.严重的肌肉骨骼疾病; 3.严重的语言障碍; 4.运动或休息时剧烈疼痛; 5.精神疾病; 6.严重的心血管疾病,如心力衰竭; 7.严重的视觉或听觉障碍

Exclusion criteria:

1.Neurological disorders other than stroke; 2.Severe musculoskeletal disorders; 3.Severe language impairment; 4.Severe pain during exercise or rest; 5.Mental illness; 6.Serious cardiovascular disease, such as heart failure; 7.Severe visual or hearing impairment

使用CREATE A随机化列表(区组数为6),基于卒中幸存者数量,采用分层随机化,(图3)。受试者将按年龄、性别分层,然后按1:1:1的比例随机进行分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

CREATE A randomized list (block number 6) was used to stratified randomization based on the number of stroke survivors (Figure 3). Subjects will be stratified by age, gender, and then randomly grouped in a 1:1:1 ratio.
