研究目的：

1. 对潜在蛋白类血清学标志物进行酶联免疫吸附试验，筛选新型胃黏膜癌变的标记物。 2.分析筛选得到的新型胃黏膜癌变的标志物与胃癌风险的流行病学和临床特征的相关性，为胃癌的早诊早治提供新的路径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To screen for novel markers of gastric mucosal carcinogenesis by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of potential protein-based serological markers. 2. Analyze the correlation between the new gastric mucosal cancer markers and the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of gastric cancer risk, so as to provide a new pathway for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1). 医院消化内科门诊就诊者 2). 年龄≥18岁，性别不限 3). 拟行胃镜检查和活检患者 4). 病理诊断的结果为慢性非萎缩性胃炎/慢性萎缩性胃炎/肠上皮化生/胃息肉/胃溃疡/低级别上皮内瘤变/高级别上皮内瘤变的病例 5). 同意参与项目，同意血清用于血清学标志物的筛选，且签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1)Hospital outpatient gastroenterology clinic attendees 2)Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited 3)Patients who intend to undergo gastroscopy and biopsy 4)Cases with pathologic diagnosis of findings of chronic non-atrophic gastritis/chronic atrophic gastritis/intestinal epithelial hyperplasia/gastric polyps/gastric ulcers/low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia/high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia 5)Those who agree to participate in the project, agree to the serum being used for screening of serologic markers, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1). 合并患有其他恶性肿瘤，严重心脑血管疾病或器官功能异常者 2). 既往胃部手术史 3). 近4周内服用抗生素、铋剂、H2受体阻滞剂或质子泵抑制剂 4). 综合判断依从性较差、不能准确提供研究所需要信息者，如文化程度较低，患有明显精神心理疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Combined with other malignant tumors, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or abnormal organ functions 2)History of previous gastric surgery 3)Taking antibiotics, bismuth, H2 receptor blockers or proton pump inhibitors within the last 4 weeks. 4)Combined judgment of poor compliance and inability to accurately provide the information needed for the study, e.g., low literacy, significant psychiatric or psychological disorders.
