研究目的：

从病理图像中提取与乳腺癌侵袭性和不良预后相关的病理组学特征，同时提取肿瘤多参数MRI影像组学特征，并将影像组学、病理组学特征与临床分子标志物融合，构建多模态预测模型，实现对乳腺癌侵袭性个体化预测，并对患者预后进行精准风险分层，指导临床诊疗决策。  

Objectives of Study：

Extract pathological features related to breast cancer invasiveness and poor prognosis from pathological images, and radiomics features from multi-parametric MRI. Integrate these with clinical molecular markers to build a multi-modal prediction model for personalized prediction of breast cancer invasiveness and precise risk stratification of patient prognosis, guiding clinical decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.回顾性研究部分： 1）年龄超过18岁； 2）有治疗前2周内完整的乳腺钼靶和磁共振图像； 3）穿刺或术后病理证实为乳腺癌； 4）具有5年随访数据，明确评价有无疾病进展。
2.前瞻性研究部分： 1）自愿签署知情同意书； 2）年龄超过18岁； 3）有治疗前2周内完整的乳腺钼靶和磁共振图像； 4）穿刺或术后病理证实为乳腺癌。

Inclusion criteria

1.Retrospective Study: 1) Age over 18; 2) Complete mammography and MRI images within 2 weeks prior to treatment; 3) Biopsy or postoperative pathology confirmation of breast cancer; 4) 5-year follow-up data with clear evaluation of disease progression. 2.Prospective Study: 1) Voluntary signing of informed consent; 2) Age over 18; 3) Complete mammography and MRI images within 2 weeks prior to treatment; 4) Biopsy or postoperative pathology confirmation of breast cancer.

排除标准：

1.临床或病理资料不完善或MRI图像质量无法满足图像评估要求；
2.合并心力衰竭、其他恶性肿瘤等重大疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete clinical or pathological data, or MRI image quality does not meet the requirements for image evaluation.
2.Patients with major diseases such as heart failure or other malignancies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表的数据均来源于原始病历，由研究者填写，每个入选获得编码的病例必须完成病例报告表。完成的病例报告表由主要研究者审查后交数据管理员，进行数据录入与管理工作。建立临床研究数据库，记录CRF中所有的信息。为保证数值型数据的准确性，使用Epidata3.1（根据实际使用的数据管理软件修改）进行数据双份录入并校对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case report form data are sourced from original medical records and filled out by researchers. Each coded case must complete a case report form, which is reviewed by the principal investigator and then submitted to the data manager for data entry and management. A clinical research database is established to record all information from the CRF. To ensure the accuracy of numerical data, double data entry and verification are performed using Epidata 3.1 (modify according to the actual data management software used).
