本研究旨在通过随机对照试验评价自主式口腔种植机器人在儿童埋藏多生牙拔除中的疗效。本研究拟纳入60名7-9岁诊断埋伏多生牙且需拔除的患儿,观察常规手术和口腔种植机器人辅助手术的去骨范围、操作时间、患儿配合度、术后并发症等临床指标。为自主式口腔种植机器人在儿童埋伏多生牙拔除中的应用提供依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of the autonomous oral implant robot in the removal of impacted supernumerary teeth in children through a randomized controlled trial. The study plans to include 60 children aged 7-9 diagnosed with impacted supernumerary teeth requiring extraction. Clinical indicators such as bone removal area, operation time, patient cooperation, and postoperative complications will be observed and compared between conventional surgery and robot-assisted surgery. The findings will provide evidence for the application of autonomous oral implant robots in the extraction of impacted supernumerary teeth in children. |

纳入标准: |
1.所有纳入的患者均为健康中国儿童,年龄7-12岁 2.治疗需求:需进行埋伏多生牙拔除术 3.术前行锥形束CT检查确定为上颌骨中切牙区埋伏的一颗倒置多生牙 4.多生牙全部被骨质覆盖,口内无法直接判断其骨内位置 5.多生牙大小:冠根全长6-8mm,冠宽3-5mm 6.多生牙唇侧与腭侧的骨板距多生牙外形高点大于2mm 7.患者的上颌中切牙已经正常萌出 |

Inclusion criteria |
1.All included patients are healthy Chinese children, aged 7-12 years. 2.Treatment requirement: need for the extraction of impacted supernumerary teeth. 3.Preoperative cone-beam CT examination confirms one inverted supernumerary tooth in the maxillary central incisor region. 4.The supernumerary tooth is completely covered by bone, and its intraosseous position cannot be directly determined in the oral cavity. 5.Size of the supernumerary tooth: total crown-to-root length of 6-8 mm, crown width of 3-5 mm. 6.The distance between the buccal and palatal bone plates and the highest point of the supernumerary tooth's shape is greater than 2 mm. 7.The patient's maxillary central incisor has erupted normally. |

排除标准: |
1. 具有拔牙禁忌症者; 2. 对局麻药物过敏者; 3. 未治疗龋坏牙齿>8颗或患牙髓根尖病变未治疗者; 4. 口腔卫生极差者; 5. 全身状况及营养状况差者; 6. 不良咬合习惯者,磨牙症等; 7. 患有其他心血管疾病、血液病者(如血友病、白血病、血小板减少性紫癜、贫血); 8. 患有系统性免疫性疾病者,传染病患者; 9. 长期服用特殊药物者如激素、抗凝药类药物等; 10. 神经系统疾病,如癫痫患者; 11. 精神病患者或有心理障碍者; 12. 近三个月内参加过其它临床试验者; 13. 研究者认为其他不适合参加试验的情况。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1.Patients with contraindications for tooth extraction. 2.Patients allergic to local anesthetics. 3.Patients with untreated dental caries in more than 8 teeth or untreated apical pulp lesions. 4.Patients with very poor oral hygiene. 5.Patients with poor general health or nutritional status. 6.Patients with detrimental occlusal habits, such as bruxism. 7.Patients with other cardiovascular diseases or blood disorders (e.g., hemophilia, leukemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, anemia). 8.Patients with systemic autoimmune diseases or infectious diseases. 9.Patients who have been on long-term medication such as steroids, anticoagulants, etc. 10.Patients with neurological disorders, such as epilepsy. 11.Patients with psychiatric disorders or psychological disturbances. 12.Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past three months. 13.Any other conditions deemed inappropriate for participation by the researcher. |
