研究目的:

运用人工智能对JIA儿童的膝关节多序列MRI影像,包括T1WI、PDWI、 3D-ZTE、MAGIC、CEST,进行数据挖掘和分析,结合其他临床指标,建立JIA的膝关节早期诊断模型,为鉴别诊断和精准化治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Using artificial intelligence technology, data mining and analysis were perfomed for multi sequence MRI images of the knee joint in children with JIA, including T1WI, PDWI, 3D-ZTE, MAGIC, and CEST. Combined with other clinical indicators, establish an early diagnosis model for JIA knee joint, providing a basis for differential diagnosis and precise treatment.

纳入标准:

两组患儿的MRI影像150例,病例组N1=70,对照组N2=80,年龄5-16岁,男女不限;将此150例影像按8:1:1分为训练集(120例)、验证集(15例)、测试集(15例)。

Inclusion criteria

Two groups of 150 patients with MRI images, case group N1=70 and control group N2=80, aged 5-16 years, male or female not limited; Divide these 150 images into a training set (120 cases), a validation set (15 cases), and a test set (15 cases) in an 8:1:1 ratio.

排除标准:

MRI图像质量不佳者,包括噪声过大、存在各种干扰诊断和数据测量的伪影、对比度过大过小、脂肪抑制不均匀等。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with poor MRI image quality, including excessive noise, various interference artifacts in diagnosis and data measurement, excessive or insufficient contrast, uneven fat suppression, etc.

运用人工智能软件和基于儿童膝关节特有的算法,对所有病例组、对照组患儿膝关节多序列MRI影像进行标注、分割,构建分割模型,再进行特征提取,构建影像组学模型,结合其他未标注结构,构建深度学习模型,将临床信息和多维度影像资料结合,构建针对JIA 的多模态AI辅助诊断模型。

Index test:

Firstly, label, segmentation and building the segmentation model were perfomed for all muli-sequence MR images in children's knee, using the AI soft and based on algorithms specific to children's knee joints. Secondly, feature extraction, building the radiomics and deep learning models were made. Thirdly, combining clinical information with multidimensional MR imaging, multimodal AI model for auxiliary diagnosis JIA was builded.
