研究目的：

团队拟基于微生物组学、代谢组学、免疫组学和转录组学探究胃食管结合部、幽门部、回盲部、直乙交界处和直肠肛管交界处的恶性肿瘤肠道菌群、机体代谢、免疫及基因表达的关系，以及它们对肿瘤的发生、发展、预后和治疗的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The team plans to explore the malignant tumor intestinal flora and body in the gastroesophageal junction, pylorus, ileocecal area, rectosigmoid junction and recto-anal junction based on microbiomics, metabolomics, immunomics and transcriptomics. The relationship between metabolism, immunity and gene expression, and their impact on the occurrence, development, prognosis and treatment of tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）知情同意者； （2）临床经胃镜或肠镜及病理检查确诊不同部位（如胃食管结合部、幽门部、回盲部、直乙交界处或直肠肛管交界处）的恶性肿瘤患者； （3）患者一般情况良好，年龄18-75岁； （4）未发现有远处转移病灶； （5）术前不伴有严重的并发症。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those with informed consent; (2) Patients with malignant tumors in different locations (such as the gastroesophageal junction, pylorus, ileocecal area, rectosigmoid junction or recto-anal junction) clinically diagnosed through gastroscopy or colonoscopy and pathological examination; (3) The patient is generally in good condition and aged 18-75 years old; (4) No distant metastasis was found; (5) There are no serious complications before surgery.

排除标准：

（1）标本收集前1周使用过各种抗生素或益生菌； （2）合并其他恶性肿瘤； （3） 具有代谢性疾病，如肥胖症、糖尿病、各种肝病等； （4） 具有家族聚集性病例。 （5）合并有严重的心、肺、肾、肝功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Various antibiotics or probiotics have been used 1 week before specimen collection; (2) Combined with other malignant tumors; (3) Have metabolic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, various liver diseases, etc.; (4) There are family clustering cases. (5) Combined with severe heart, lung, kidney, and liver dysfunction.
