研究目的：

这项研究的目的是评估术前泛免疫炎症值对骨科膝或髋关节置换手术老年患者的预测价值，从而提前识别出术后谵妄的高危人群，为临床管理预防术后谵妄提供证据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the predictive value of preoperative pan immune inflammation values for elderly patients undergoing orthopedic knee or hip replacement surgery, in order to identify high-risk populations for postoperative delirium in advance and provide evidence support for clinical management and prevention of postoperative delirium.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA2-3 级 2.年龄≥60 岁， 3.腰硬联合麻醉下进行膝或髋关节置换术

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA2-3 levels 2. Age>= 60 years 3. Knee or hip arthroplasty under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia

排除标准：

1.术前有精神，神经及神经退行性疾病、认知障碍的患者； 2.术前有视觉，听觉，交流障碍的患者； 3.数据不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with psychiatric, neurological, and neurodegenerative diseases, and cognitive impairment before surgery;
2.Patients with visual, auditory, and communication impairments before surgery;
3.The data is incomplete;
