研究目的:

本项目面向儿童围手术期风险控制需求,运用可解释深度学习方法构建基于多模态临床诊疗数据的风险评估模型,并在次模型的基础上开发风险预警系统,实现对患儿生命体 征、血氧饱和度、心率等多维度数据的实时监测,并部署试点。 本项目将助力我国儿童围手术期风险评估和预警领域的发展,提高儿童手术的安全性,同时也为医生提供更可靠的决策支持,对儿童围手术期风险管理有着重要的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

Aiming at the perioperative risk control needs of children, this project uses interpretable deep learning methods to construct a risk assessment model based on multimodal clinical diagnosis and treatment data, and develops a risk early warning system on the basis of the sub-model, so as to realize real-time monitoring of multi-dimensional data such as children's vital signs, blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, etc., and deploy a pilot project. This project will contribute to the development of the field of perioperative risk assessment and early warning of children in China, improve the safety of pediatric surgery, and provide more reliable decision support for doctors, which has important application value for pediatric perioperative risk management.
