研究目的：

1.建立跨地域的出血性脑卒中研究队列。 2.筛选影响出血性脑卒中后死亡和神经功能障碍的相关风险因素。 3.探索与预后相关的有预测价值的蛋白组学、基因组学和代谢组学标志物。 4.利用人工智能，探索对预后具有预测价值的影像学指标、生理生化指标、生物标志物和临床学指标等。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To establish a high-quality multi-center cohort of hemorrhagic stroke patients; 2.To screen risk factors of mortality and neurological dysfunction in hemorrhagic stroke patients; 3.To explore biomarkers for the prognosis of hemorrhagic stroke using multi-omics, including genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics; 4.To explore imaging, physiological, biochemical indicators, and clinical biomarkers for the prognosis of hemorrhagic stroke based on the artificial intelligence.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.自发性脑出血或蛛网膜下腔出血；
3.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18; 2.Spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 3.Written informed consent;

排除标准：

1.临床诊断因脑外伤、脑肿瘤、脑梗死出血转化等导致的出血；
2.拒绝参与登记调查者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.ICH being secondary to tumor, head trauma, or hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction;
2.Patients refuse to participate in the study;
