探究全身麻醉下颅脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术后发生急性肾损伤(AKI)的危险因素，并构建临床预测模型，为临床防治提供依据，从而降低全身麻醉下颅脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术后的AKI发生率  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the risk factors for acute kidney injury (AKI) following endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms under general anesthesia, and develop a clinical prediction model to provide a basis for clinical prevention and treatment, thereby reducing the incidence of AKI after such procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁及以上; 2.在全身麻醉下接受颅脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.undergoing endovascular embolization for cerebral aneurysm under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.术前已出现急性肾损伤或因慢性肾衰竭需行肾脏替代治疗者; 2.术前使用肾毒性药物; 3.既往肾移植手术史; 4.临床资料缺失; 5.失访患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute renal injury before surgery or patients requiring renal replacement therapy due to chronic renal failure. 2.Use of nephrotoxic drugs before surgery. 3.History of kidney transplantation. 4.Missing clinical data. 5.Lost to follow-up patients.
