本研究旨在利用术前无创的7T-MRS技术定量分析脑胶质瘤患者的代谢物,包括2-羟基戊二酸(2HG)、甘氨酸(Gly)和谷氨酰胺(Gln),通过对比术前影像指标与术后病理分类之间的关联,研究旨在评估这些术前影像学指标以用于术后病理结果分类中的应用价值,从而为临床诊断和个体化治疗策略提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to utilize preoperative non-invasive 7T-MRS technology to quantitatively analyze metabolites in brain glioma patients, including 2-hydroxyglutarate (2HG), glycine (Gly), and glutamine (Gln). By comparing preoperative imaging markers with postoperative pathological classifications, the study seeks to evaluate the application value of these preoperative imaging indicators for classifying postoperative pathological results, thereby providing scientific evidence for clinical diagnosis and personalized treatment strategies.

纳入标准:

1.疑似脑胶质瘤术前患者; 2.年龄大于18岁; 3.Karnofsky综合评分(卡氏评分)大于60; 4.无其他神经系统疾病史;

Inclusion criteria

1.Suspected brain glioma patients before surgery; 2.Age greater than 18 years; 3.Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score greater than 60; 4.No history of other neurological diseases.

排除标准:

1.存在磁共振检查的禁忌症; 2.患者无法坚持完成磁共振成像检查;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Presence of contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2.Patients unable to complete the MRI examination.
