研究目的：

探究本中心近4年介入治疗术后呕吐患者的临床特征，分析潜在风险因素与术后恶心呕吐发生的关联性，通过差异显著性分析，找到与术后呕吐显著关联的因素进行回归或建模分析得出诊断性能评价。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with postoperative vomiting in the past 4 years, to analyze the correlation between potential risk factors and the occurrence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and to find the factors significantly associated with postoperative vomiting through differential significance analysis for regression or modeling analysis to obtain diagnostic performance evaluation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2020年1月1日至2023年12月31日在血管外科行介入治疗的患者；
1.年龄＞18周岁；
2.局麻或监护麻醉；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing interventional therapy in vascular surgery from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2023;
2.Age > 18 years old;
3.Local anesthesia or monitoring anesthesia;

排除标准：

1.术前合并急/慢性消化道疾病或任何原因导致的恶心、呕吐、反酸、嗳气；
2.全麻或1月内全麻；
3.化疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative concurrent or acute or chronic digestive tract disease or nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, belching from any cause;
2.General anesthesia or general anesthesia within 1 month;
3.chemotherapy;
