基于机器学习算法，建立cTBS刺激运动皮层后30分钟内皮质脊髓束兴奋状态的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on a machine learning algorithm, to establish a prediction model for the excitability state of the corticospinal tract within 30 minutes after cTBS stimulates the motor cortex.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.健康受试者为无任何神经系统疾病的参与者； 2.脑卒中受试者的纳入标准如下。 纳入标准：1.首次、单次病灶的脑出血或脑梗死患者；2.病程1-6个月；3.生命体征稳定；4.患侧皮质脊髓束MEP可引出。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy subjects are participants without any neurological disease; 2.Inclusion criteria for stroke subjects were as follows. Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first-time, single-focus cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; 2. Disease duration 1-6 months; 3. Vital signs stable; 4. MEP of the corticospinal tract on the affected side can be evoked..

排除标准：

1.健康受试者排除标准为患有神经系统疾病史的人群； 2.脑卒中患者排除标准：1.头部开颅手术；2.体内金属植入（心脏起搏器，人工耳蜗）；3.癫痫病史；4.认知功能障碍；5.服用精神类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects were those with a history of neurological disease; 2.Exclusion criteria for stroke patients: 1. craniotomy; 2. metal implants in the body (pacemaker, cochlear implant); 3. history of epilepsy; 4. cognitive dysfunction; 5. taking psychotropic drugs.
