探究胃部菌群及代谢产物影响HP感染后临床表现差异的机制  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanisms by which gastric microbiota and metabolites influence clinical differences after HP infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① HP呼气试验检测结果为阳性的成年人； ② 经胃镜检测符合浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、肠生化；异型增生、胃癌人群临床特点，分别入组相应研究小组； ③ 依从性良好且自愿署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 adult who tested positive for HP breath test; 2 The gastroscopy was consistent with superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis and intestinal biochemistry. The clinical characteristics of heterogeneous hyperplasia and gastric cancer were included in the corresponding study groups. 3 Good compliance and voluntary informed consent.

排除标准：

① 患有胃部疾病以外恶性疾病； ② 30天内服用过抗生素或益生菌类产品； ③ 有胃部手术史； ④ 体重指数BMI>28 kg/m2； ⑤ 吸烟酗酒人群。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with malignant diseases other than gastric diseases; 2. Antibiotic drugs and probiotics taken within 1 month; 3. A history of gastric surgery; 4. BMI > 28kg / m2 5. Chronic smokers or alcoholics;
