研究目的：

（1）调研护理信息能力、护理信息系统创新性使用行为及对信息系统的感知体验现状。 （2）从护士感知视角切入，解析影响护理信息系统创新性使用行为的影响因素，明确护理信息能力对护理信息系统创新性使用行为的影响机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the current status of nursing information competence, innovative use behaviours of nursing information systems and perceived experience of information systems. (2) To analyse the factors affecting the innovative use of nursing information systems from the perspective of nurses' perceptions, and to clarify the influence mechanism of nursing information competence on the innovative use of nursing information systems.

纳入标准：

1.获得护士执业证书； 2.思维清晰，理解和表达能力较好； 3.使用护理信息系统的临床护士; 4.对护理信息学感兴趣，自愿参与本研究项目并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Obtained a certificate of nursing practice; 2. Clear thinking, good understanding and expression skills; 3. Clinical nurses using nursing information systems; 4. Those who are interested in nursing informatics, who voluntarily participate in this research project and who sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.实习、进修护士； 2.研究期间因休假等原因不在岗人员。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Internship and advanced training nurses; 2. personnel who were not on duty during the study period due to leave of absence, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

①数据录入与管理 收集到的数据两名测评人员分别录入，然后交换录入结果，分别进行核查；设置合理数据界值和逻辑检查项，数据录入完成后进行逻辑检查，有错误者查看原始资料更正；保证数据客观真实，对原始数据进行分析。 ②受试者数据的保密措施 有关受试者身份相关的所有信息资料均予以保密，相关资料在相关法律和/或法规允许的范围之外不对外公开。在发表论文和会议报告时，研究者会使用综合数据而非受试者的个体数据，可辨识信息会采用匿名的数字或代码替代。

① Data entry and management The collected data are entered separately by two assessors, and then the entry results are exchanged and verified separately; reasonable data thresholds and logical check items are set, and logical checking is performed after data entry is completed, and the original data is corrected if there is any error; the data are guaranteed to be objective and truthful, and the original data is analysed. ② confidentiality of the subject's data All information related to the identity of the subject will be kept confidential, and the relevant information will not be disclosed outside the scope permitted by relevant laws and / or regulations. In publishing papers and conference reports, researchers will use aggregate data rather than individual subject data, and anonymised numbers or codes will be used instead of identifiable information.
