研究目的：

基于3D打印的定位膜制定个性化假发保护装置（WP）用于DC后患者中。研究可行性、安全性和可推广性。  

Objectives of Study：

Personalized wig protection devices (WP) are developed based on 3D printed positioning membranes for use in post-DC patients. Study feasibility, safety and scalability.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-80周岁。（2）急性缺血性卒中（AIS）、脑出血（ICH）、创伤性脑损伤（TBI）、蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）、良性或恶性脑肿瘤，由神经外科医生诊断，并在CT或MRI成像中证实。（3）术后留有CT影像资料。（4）DC术后伤口愈合。（5）患者能简单交流。（6）患者或家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age 18-80 years, (2) acute ischaemic stroke (AIS), cerebral haemorrhage (ICH), traumatic brain injury (TBI), subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH), benign or malignant brain tumour diagnosed by neurosurgeon and confirmed by CT or MRI imaging. (3) Post-operative CT imaging data were retained. (4) Wound healing after DC surgery. (5) Patients can communicate easily. (6) Informed consent from patients or family members.

排除标准：

（1）精神异常或意识障碍。（2）合并严重心肝肾等脏器病变或衰竭。（3）活动性恶性肿瘤。（4）患者存在严重焦虑、抑郁情绪。（5）DC术后伤口膨出或颅瓣外突。（6）头皮感染。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Mental abnormality or disturbance of consciousness. (2) Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases or failures. (3) Active malignant tumour. (4) Patient has severe anxiety and depression. (5) Wound swelling or skull flap protrusion after DC surgery. (6) Scalp infection.
