研究目的:

本研究拟通过连续颈动脉血流监测技术对心脏外科术后患者进行持续监测,分析颈动脉血流频谱指标与金标准指标的一致性,及与患者灌注指标、器官功能及预后的相关性。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to continuously monitor postoperative patients in cardiac surgery using continuous carotid blood flow monitoring technology, analyze the consistency between carotid blood flow spectrum indicators and gold standard indicators, and their correlation with patient perfusion indicators, organ function, and prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、年龄≥18岁; 2、预计住ICU时间≥3天; 3、因病情需要行PICCO监测

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years old; 2. Expected ICU stay of ≥ 3 days; 3. PICCO monitoring is required due to the condition

排除标准:

1、孕妇; 2、病情危重预期寿命小于24h; 3、肿瘤晚期; 4、颈动脉血流频谱获取困难

Exclusion criteria:

1. Pregnant women; 2. The life expectancy of critically ill patients is less than 24 hours; 3. Late stage tumor; 4. Difficulty in obtaining carotid blood flow spectrum
