研究目的：

1、了解我国由人乳头瘤病毒（Human papillomavirus, HPV）导致的鼻咽癌和其他头颈癌所占的比例； 2、了解我国鼻咽癌及其他头颈癌患者E6/E7 m RNA、p16INK4A和DNA甲基化的过度表达情况； 3、为HPV预防鼻咽癌及其他头颈部癌症的数学模型及成本效益分析提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Understand the proportion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other head and neck cancers caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in China. Understand the overexpression of E6/E7 mRNA, p16INK4A, and DNA methylation in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other head and neck cancers in China. Provide data support for mathematical modeling and cost-effectiveness analysis of HPV prevention of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other head and neck cancers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、18岁及以上 2、只纳入初诊患者 3、鼻咽癌及其他头颈癌患者 4、根据国际疾病分类标准（ICD-10）诊断鼻咽癌及其他头颈癌

Inclusion criteria

1. Individuals aged 18 years and above; 2. Only newly diagnosed cancer cases; 3. Patients with nasopharyngeal cancer and other head and neck cancers; 4. Diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer and other head and neck cancers will be based on the International Classification of Diseases 11th Revision (ICD-11)

排除标准：

其他骨骼和脸颊非粘膜部位的癌症病例将被排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Cancer cases in other skeletal and non-mucosal areas of the cheeks will be excluded.
