旨在研究水下内镜黏膜剥离术（UESD）治疗早期食管癌的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Aim to investigate the efficacy and safety of underwater endoscopic mucosal dissection (UESD) in the treatment of early esophageal cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①术前经胃镜、内镜超声检查术（EUS）及活检病理检查、卢戈液染色或内镜窄带成像技术（NBI）证实为早期食管癌或癌前病变，②病变长径≥2cm，③经评估为ESD治疗适应症并签署手术知情同意书。随机：患者按1：1的比例随机分配到水下ESD组和钛夹挂线辅助牵ESD组，使用随机化列表进行随机化分组

Inclusion criteria

① Preoperative gastroscopy, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), biopsy pathology, Lugol staining, or endoscopic narrow-band imaging (NBI) confirmed early esophageal cancer or precancerous lesions, ② lesion length ≥ 2cm, ③ evaluated as an indication for ESD treatment and signed a surgical informed consent form. Randomization: Patients were randomly assigned to the underwater ESD group and the titanium clip assisted traction ESD group in a 1:1 ratio, and randomized using a randomization list.

排除标准：

①心、肝、肾等功能异常，不符合手术指征；②合并有其他脏器恶性肿瘤者；③具有手术禁忌证者；④患者及家属不配合手术。

Exclusion criteria：

① Abnormal heart, liver, kidney and other functions that do not meet surgical indications; ② Patients with concurrent malignant tumors of other organs; ③ Individuals with surgical contraindications; ④ The patient and their family members did not cooperate with the surgery.
