研究目的：

拟开发新型代谢质谱分析平台，将代谢组学与临床特征相结合，筛选出与妊娠免疫性疾病不良妊娠结局相关的代谢标记物，构建基于代谢组学的免疫疾病活动及妊娠结局预警评估体系，有助于实现产科危重疾病精准预测、及早干预，最终达到提高母婴安全、降低孕产妇死亡率的总目标。  

Objectives of Study：

Plans to develop new metabolic mass spectrometry analysis platform, combining metabolomics and clinical characteristics, select associated with adverse pregnancy outcome pregnancy autoimmune disease of metabolic markers, metabonomics based immune disease activity and pregnancy outcomes of early warning assessment system, help to achieve accurate prediction, early intervention, obstetric critical disease, finally achieve the overall goal of improving maternal and infant safety and reducing maternal mortality.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为20岁（含20岁）至45岁（含45岁）的育龄期女性；
（2）同意参加本研究，签署知情同意书的孕产妇；
（3）本次妊娠为单胎妊娠；
（4）建立《孕产妇保健手册》时间不晚于孕16周，并具有完整的产检记录；
（5）具有能随访至妊娠结束的条件。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Women of childbearing age aged from 20 (inclusive) to 45 (inclusive);
(2) Pregnant women who agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form;
(3) The pregnancy was singleton;
(4) A maternal health manual should be established no later than 16 weeks of gestation with complete records of birth examinations;
(5) have the condition that can follow up to the end of pregnancy.

排除标准：

（1）孕期随访困难者；
（2）研究者认为其不适合参加本试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Difficult follow-up during pregnancy;
(2) other circumstances in which the investigator considers the participant to be unsuitable for this trial.
