Objectives of Study：

The primary goal of the study is to use qualitative research methods to thoroughly explore the specific manifestations, influencing factors, and impacts of burnout experienced by mental health professionals. Additionally, the study aims to provide more effective support and interventions to prevent and alleviate burnout among psychiatric healthcare workers.

纳入标准：

1.全职精神科医护人员；
2.年龄在20-60岁之间；
3.具有一年以上精神科工作经验；
4.能够使用普通话进行交流；

Inclusion criteria

1.Full-time mental health professionals;
2.Age between 20 and 60 years old;
3.At least one year of experience working in psychiatry;
4.Able to communicate in Mandarin;

排除标准：

1.存在精神病性症状或严重躯体疾病；
2.存在自杀风险；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of psychotic symptoms or severe physical illnesses;

The anonymized interview transcripts will be stored and supervised by the Science and Education Department of the institution. For access to specific data, applicants are required to submit a formal request. Access will only be granted after approval from the Ethics Committee and consent from the principal investigator. All data usage must comply with privacy and ethical protection regulations.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection Data for this study will be collected through semi-structured interviews. All interviews will be conducted after participants sign the informed consent form and will be audio-recorded by the researchers. The interview content will be transcribed verbatim within two weeks for further data analysis. During transcription, personal identifying information of participants will be replaced with pseudonyms or codes to ensure privacy protection. Data Management Data management will strictly comply with privacy protection and ethical standards. The anonymized interview transcripts and related data will be stored in secure databases managed by the Science and Education Department of the institution. Access to the data will be restricted to the research team members, and any external request for data use must be approved by the Ethics Committee and the principal investigator. Data backups and archiving will follow institutional protocols to ensure data security and traceability.
