研究目的:

本研究旨在评估人工智能系统在消化道病灶尺寸测量中的辅助作用,通过与医生肉眼估测结果进行比较,判断人工智能辅助测量的精确性及其临床意义。研究的具体目标包括: 1.评估AI系统在不同病灶类型和部位的尺寸测量精度。 2.比较AI辅助测量与医生估算的误差。 3.探讨AI系统在临床诊断中的应用可行性。  

Objectives of Study:

he objective of this study was to assess the adjunctive role of an artificial intelligence system in measuring the size of digestive tract lesions, and to determine the accuracy and clinical significance of AI-assisted measurements by comparing them with results estimated by human observers. The specific aims of this study were as follows: 1) To evaluate the dimensional measurement accuracy of the AI system across different types and locations of lesions. 2) To compare the discrepancies between AI-assisted measurements and physician estimations. 3) To investigate the feasibility of implementing an AI system for clinical diagnosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄在18岁以上,接受消化内镜检查的患者。 2.病灶经内镜检查明确,且具备完整的影像资料。 3.病灶采用冷圈套器完整切除。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 18 years of age undergoing digestive endoscopy. 2. The lesions were clearly identified by endoscopy with complete image data. 3. The lesions were completely resected with a cold snare.

排除标准:

1.图像质量差,难以识别病灶的患者。 2.患者存在其他基础疾病,影响病灶观察。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Poor image quality makes it difficult to identify patients with lesions. 2. The patient had other underlying diseases, which affected the observation of the lesion.
