观察全国糖尿病足患者的不同时间节点的死亡率、截肢率和复发率，分析导致截肢及死亡的相关危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The mortality, amputation rate and recurrence rate of diabetic foot patients in China were observed, and the risk factors associated with amputation and death were analyzed.

纳入标准：

纳入患者均符合国际糖尿病足工作组提出的糖尿病足诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

The included patients were diagnosed with diabetic foot ulcers based on the diagnostic criteria proposed by the International Diabetic Foot Working Group

排除标准：

排除糖尿病患者因静脉曲张、创伤、皮肤肿瘤等原因而导致的下肢溃疡、感染者

Exclusion criteria：

Diabetic patients with lower limb ulcers and infections caused by varicose veins, trauma, skin tumors and other reasons were excluded.
