研究目的：

验证结直肠癌转移风险与肠道微生态结构差异间的紧密联系，进一步体现肠道菌群作为临床筛查特征的标志性作用。  

Objectives of Study：

to prove the close relation between the metastatic risk of colorectal cancer and Intestinal microbiota structure, and further proving gut microbiota able to be the metastatic colorectal cancer‘s characteristic markers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

结直肠癌患者： 1）年龄18-75岁，性别不限； 2）符合诊断标准并经病理学确诊的结直肠癌并伴≥1处转移患者、临床分期为Ⅲ期的患者； 3）受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，依从性好。 健康志愿者： 1） 年龄18-75岁，性别不限； 2） 无炎症性胃肠病，近5年内无胃肠道手术史，近2周内无明显消化道不适症状； 3） 受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Colorectal cancer patients: 1) Age range: 18-75 years old, gender not limited; 2) Patients with colorectal cancer and ≥ 1 metastasis, clinically classified as stage III, who meet the diagnostic criteria and are confirmed by pathology; 3) The subjects voluntarily joined this study, signed an informed consent form, and showed good compliance. Healthy volunteers: 1) Age range: 18-75 years old, gender not limited; 2) No inflammatory gastrointestinal disease, no history of gastrointestinal surgery in the past 5 years, and no obvious gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms in the past 2 weeks; 3) The subjects voluntarily joined this study and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）怀孕哺乳期或无法合作者； 2）患有其他原发肿瘤史； 3）患有痴呆或重大的精神状态改变使其不能理解或表达知情同意； 4）粪便经造瘘口排出者； 5）留取粪便标本的前4周内有抗生素或微生态制剂服用史者； 6）入组前2周内有腹泻、呕吐、恶心及其他肠胃不适； 7）严重心、肝、肾或造血系统损害； 8）病情严重、明显恶病质，预计生存期≤3个月； 9）研究人员认为受试者无法完成本研究或无法遵守本研究的要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant, breastfeeding, or unable to cooperate; 2) History of other primary tumors; 3) Suffering from dementia or significant mental state changes that prevent them from understanding or expressing informed consent; 4) Fecal discharge through a stoma; 5) Individuals who have a history of taking antibiotics or probiotics within the first 4 weeks of collecting fecal samples; 6) Diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, and other gastrointestinal discomfort within 2 weeks prior to enrollment; 7) Serious damage to the heart, liver, kidneys, or hematopoietic system; 8) The condition is severe, with obvious cachexia, and the expected survival time is ≤ 3 months; 9) The researchers believe that the subjects are unable to complete the study or comply with the requirements of the study.
