研究目的：

构建运动联合正念训练方案，通过干预研究探讨正念训练联合运动对维持性血液透析患者睡眠障碍的的改善是否优于单纯的运动干预。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a program of exercise combined with mindfulness training, and to explore whether the improvement of mindfulness training combined with exercise on sleep disorders in maintenance hemodialysis patients is better than that of simple exercise intervention through intervention study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.维持性血液透析≥3个月； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.PSQI≥5分 4.签署知情同意书； 5.沟通能力良好；

Inclusion criteria

1.Maintenance hemodialysis>=3 months; 2.Age>=18 years; 3.PSQI>=5 4.Signing informed consent; 5.Good communication skills;

排除标准：

1.处于某些急性并发症期如消化道出血等； 2.偏瘫患者或有其他运动禁忌症； 3.长期规律进行正念训练患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.In some acute complications such as gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. 2.Hemiplegic patients may have other contraindications to exercise. 3.Patients who regularly practice mindfulness training over a long period of time
