研究目的：

1.通过调查了解恶性血液肿瘤患者无能为力感的现状，并进一步分析其影响因素。 2.探讨恶性血液肿瘤患者一般人口学资料、应对方式、社会支持、希望水平对无能为力感的影响。 3.在应激系统模型的指导下，结合调查结果，进一步分析无能为力感与应对方式、社会支持、希望水平之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through the investigation to understand the current situation of helplessness in patients with hematological tumors, and to further analyze its influencing factors. two. 2.To explore the influence of general demographic data, coping style, social support and hope level on the sense of powerlessness in patients with hematological tumor. 3. Under the guidance of the stress system model, combined with the survey results, this paper further analyzes the correlation between powerlessness and coping style, social support and hope level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 根据血液系统肿瘤疾病诊断指南被确诊为血液肿瘤（白血病、恶性淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、骨髓増生异常综合征） 2: 年龄大于等于18岁； 3: 患者知情同意，能清楚作答，且自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1: Diagnosed as hematological tumor (leukemia, malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome) according to the diagnostic guidelines for hematological tumor diseases; 2: Aged 18 or older; 3: The patients had informed consent, could answer clearly, and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

1: 难以理解问卷条目的患者； 2: 存在严重精神疾病或认知障碍不能正常沟通的患者； 3: 患者不知晓病情，家属要求隐瞒的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients who are difficult to understand the items of the questionnaire; 2: Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment who cannot communicate properly; 3: A patient whose illness is not known and whose family members ask to hide it.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例记录表（CRF) 详细记录病例信息。 2.电子采集和管理系统：采用Epidata3.1 软件进行数据录入，经两人核对信息无误。采用 SPSS27.0 软件、Jamovi 2.2.5软件进行统计分析，p＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。
