研究目的：

目标：分析患有结直肠肺寡转移（CRLOM）的患者在接受手术治疗或消融治疗后的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to analyze the outcomes of patients with colorectal lung oligometastases (CRLOM) treated with surgery or ablation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)病理诊断为结直肠癌；(2)经增强计算机断层扫描（CT）或病理诊断为肺少转移的患者(少转移定义为除原发病灶和肠周围淋巴结外仅累及肺部的转移，数量不超过5）；(3)肺部至少有一个可评估的病变；(4)肺转移无局部治疗史，包括手术、放疗、消融等；(5)因CRLOM接受手术切除或肿瘤消融；(6)术后或消融后至少一次CT影像学评价。

Inclusion criteria

(1) pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer; (2) patients with pulmonary oligometastases diagnosed by enhanced computer tomography (CT) or pathology (oligometastases were defined as metastases that only involved the lung except?for the primary lesions and perintestinal lymph nodes, with the number no more than 5; (3) there is at least one evaluable lesion in the lung; (4) without the history of local treatment including surgery, radiotherapy, ablation, etc; (5) received surgical resection or tumor ablation for CRLOM; (6) at least one CT based imaging evaluation after surgery or ablation.

排除标准：

(1)无可访问数据；(2)结直肠癌合并其他恶性肿瘤；(3)器官移植史；(4)经研究者确定，患者有其他可能影响研究结果的情况，如药物滥用、其他严重疾病（如精神疾病）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) no accessible data; (2) CRC with other malignant tumors; (3) history of organ transplant; (4) as determined by the investigator, the patient has other conditions that may affect the study results, such as substance abuse, other serious diseases (such as mental illness).
