研究目的：

1.评估孕期序贯性尿液错误折叠蛋白检测筛查子痫前期的临床价值。 2.建立并验证尿液错误折叠蛋白联合多指标的中国人群子痫前期预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the clinical value of sequential urine misfolded protein testing during pregnancy for screening preeclampsia. 2. Establish and validate the prediction model of pre eclampsia in Chinese population based on urine misfolding protein combined with multiple indicators.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18周岁以上 2.孕周11+0至13+6周（以NT中的头臀径来计算） 3.单胎妊娠 4.同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age over 18 years old 2. Pregnancy weeks 11+0 to 13+6 (calculated based on the head hip diameter in NT) 3. Single pregnancy 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

孕妇3个月（90天）内接受过研究性干预药物

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women who have received investigational intervention medication within 3 months (90 days)
