研究目的：

1.探究儿科重症监护病房PICU中拔管24小时后吞咽障碍的发生率； 2.探究拔管后吞咽障碍患儿影响因素、吞咽障碍随时间的演变及对临床结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the incidence of dysphagia 24 hours after extubation in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). 2. To investigate the influencing factors of children with dysphagia after extubation, the evolution of dysphagia over time, and its impact on clinical outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①首次PICU住院患儿；②年龄在1月龄至18岁之间；③机械通气并首次拔管；④家属同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children with the first hospitalization in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU); 2.Aged between 1 month and 18 years old; 3.Undergoing mechanical ventilation and experiencing the first extubation; 4.The family members consent and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①既往吞咽困难史；②气管切开状态或既往气管切开史；③头颈部手术或放化疗史；④食管损伤或手术史；⑤吞咽障碍以外原因所致的禁食。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of previous dysphagia; 2.Tracheotomy status or history of previous tracheotomy; 3.History of head and neck surgery or radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4.History of esophageal injury or surgery; 5.Fasting due to reasons other than dysphagia.
