研究目的：

比较血浆基质膜与胶原基质在进行缺牙区角化龈增宽时的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy of plasmatrix membrane and collagen matrix in keratinized gingival widening of the edentulous area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.种植一期术后 3 个月且尚未进行种植二期手术的患者； 2.邻牙无根尖炎症 3.供区腭侧黏膜状态正常； 4.患者无未经控制的系统性疾病； 5.缺牙区邻牙唇侧龈缘高点连线根方角化龈宽度小于 2 mm； 6.患者依从性良好。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who had not undergone the second-stage implant surgery 3 months after the first-stage implant surgery ; 2. There was no apical inflammation in adjacent teeth ; 3. The palatal mucosa of the donor site was normal ; 4. Patients had no uncontrolled systemic disease ; 5. The width of keratinized gingiva of the edentulous area was less than 2 mm. 6.Patient compliance is good.

排除标准：

1.吸烟患者； 2.患者有未经控制的系统性疾病； 3.研究位点的邻牙存在中至重度牙周炎； 4.研究位点及邻牙的牙龈存在明显的急性炎症； 5.未满 18 岁或妊娠期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Smoking patients ; 2.Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease ; 3.The adjacent teeth of the study site had moderate to severe periodontitis ; 4. There was obvious acute inflammation in the gingiva of the study site and adjacent teeth. 5.Patients under 18 years old or pregnant.

由项目负责人使用计算机产生的随机数进行随机化。每个患者所接受的治疗方案由产生的随机分配序列产生，并被放入按顺序、密封、不透光的信封中。合格的受试对象同意进入试验时，信封才能被打开，患者才能接受相应的处理措施。

Randomization is generated by random numbers using a computer. The treatment plan received by each patient is generated by the random allocation sequence and is placed in a sequential, sealed, opaque envelope. When eligible subjects are included, the envelope can be opened and the patient could be treated accordingly.
