研究目的：

1)了解球海绵体肌间置修复合尿道狭窄合并尿道直肠瘘患者的手术效果（瘘复发及尿道狭窄恢复情况）； 2)探讨球海绵体肌完整剥离并间置于直肠瘘口和尿道吻合口后，其术后功能情况（患者的排尿、射精功能）； 3)探讨影响术后功能的影响因素（如人口学信息、术中指标等）等。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To investigate the surgical effect of bulbocavernous muscle interposition repair combined with urethral stricture complicated with urethral fistula (fistula recurrence and urethral stricture recovery); 2) to explore the complete peeling of bulbocavernous muscle and placed between rectal fistula and urethral anastomosis. Its postoperative function (micturition and ejaculation function); 3) to explore the influencing factors of postoperative function (such as demographic information, intraoperative index, etc.).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前明确诊断尿道直肠瘘合并尿道狭窄患者、尿道狭窄术中发现直肠破口以及有直肠薄弱的尿道狭窄患者。 2.患者能够在医务人员的指导下完成相关问卷； 3.同一术者（宋鲁杰主任医师）； 4.无开放性尿道手术史、接受尿道端端吻合、球海绵体肌间置的男性尿道直肠瘘患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients with urethrorectal fistula complicated with urethral stricture, rectal laceration and urethral stricture with rectal weakness were diagnosed before operation. 2. patients can complete the relevant questionnaire under the guidance of medical staff; 3.the same surgeon (Chief physician Song Lujie); 4. male patients with urethral fistula without open urethral operation history, end-to-end urethral anastomosis and bulbocavernous interposition.

排除标准：

曾有开放性尿道修复手术史，无法独立完成随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who had a history of open urethral repair surgery and were unable to complete the follow-up independently
