研究目的：

主要目的是探究重症患者血浆中Syndecan-1与PVPI及EVLW之间的关系，次要目的是探究重症患者血浆中Syndecan-1与PVPI及EVLW变化形式的一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose is to explore the relationship between syndecan-1, PVPI and EVLW in the plasma of critically ill patients, and the secondary purpose is to explore the consistency of syndecan-1, PVPI and EVLW in the plasma of critically ill patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄≥18岁 2、进行了PiCCO血流动力学监测 3、本科室生物资源样本库具有该患者的血浆样本

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 2. Performed PiCCO hemodynamic monitoring 3. The biological resource sample bank of the undergraduate Department has the plasma sample of this patient

排除标准：

1、孕妇 2、存在左向右分流、巨大主动脉瘤、重度肺栓塞等可能影响PiCCO数据的准确性

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women 2. The presence of left to right shunt, giant aortic aneurysm, and severe pulmonary embolism may affect the accuracy of PiCCO data
